I have been engaged in the purchase and sale of real estate, or their enhancement through interior design, for over eight years. Thanks to my long experience in the real estate market, legal education and over five years of experience in the field of notary work as a real estate broker, I provide comprehensive real estate consulting and service in the area of pricing, purchase, sale and rental of real estate. Are you choosing, searching, can't find anything good to buy or are you having trouble selling? In that case, a reliable real estate broker can be a "priceless service". My priorities include a fair approach and a high level of expertise.

AFFORDABLE,
STYLISH
AND
PRACTICAL
Furnishing a small apartment is a challenge. Well, if you follow my 3 tips, the result can be stylish and functional at the same time without making you feel cramped in the space. You just need to play around with the division of furniture, the illusion of airiness and light colors. I like challenges and I focus on making independent and comfortable living accessible to young people. High housing prices have an impact on young people being dependent on their parents for longer periods of time. For this reason, I also like to work with furniture with a good price-quality ratio. A great designer can also combine pieces from IKEA so that they don't look cheap. The main idea of the Small But Mine concept is to live in a nice apartment despite limited financial possibilities.

OPEN
DISPOSITION
Planning is very important in a small apartment. In small apartments, every centimeter is precious. First, I always sketch a floor plan with exact dimensions and every niche. Then I start thinking about how the small space could most effectively accommodate the functions of several rooms – kitchen, dining room, living room, bedroom and bathroom. Good layout is the foundation. Today's trend of open concepts, connecting the kitchen with the dining room and living room, is excellent for any small apartment. Also choose furniture according to dimensions.
THE ILLUSION OF THE GREAT
SPACE
If possible, always leave one wall of the room empty and use at least one mirror in the apartment. The illusion of airiness is also added by an exposed continuous floor and timeless furniture on legs. If you want to enhance the feeling of a large space, never lower high ceilings with plasterboard. If you do not have a high ceiling, try using vertical lines to optically raise it (see wallpaper with vertical stripes). To optically expand the room, use horizontal lines, such as a carpet. If you follow these rules, you will feel that the apartment is significantly larger.

BRIGHT
COLORS
It sounds like a cliché, but my advice is to avoid dark colors. Although I love them, I only use them in large rooms. The principles of light and airy Scandinavian design improve life in a small space. The base is white, gray and beige. If you want to create a contrast with a more pronounced color, use it on rugs, pillows, bed linens or accessories. I personally recommend a monochromatic interior. Dark colors are intense and in too much quantity can make a room feel crowded or small. Always let as much natural light into the apartment as possible, large windows are a big plus.
